As a Data Entry and Facilities Maintenance Specialist at UNITED WINDOW & DOOR, your main responsibility will be to maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer and account information through efficient data entry. Responsibilities

• Enter new and updated customer and account information into the database
• Compile and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Establish entry priorities to ensure efficient data processing
• Review data for deficiencies and resolve them using standard procedures
• Input alphabetic and numeric information according to screen format
• Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
• Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering information
• Combine data from multiple systems when account information is incomplete
• Purge files to eliminate duplication of data
• Test system changes and upgrades by entering new dataSecure information by completing database backups
• Follow organization's policies and procedures, reporting any needed changes
• Maintain customer confidence by keeping information confidential
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
