Monitors assigned areas, verifies jackpots, machine tilts, distribution of promotional tickets. Ensures the casino floor maintains a clean, orderly, and welcoming appearance always. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Delivers prompt slot service including processing hand pay transactions, fixing routine slot machine issues like ticket jams bill acceptor errors, touch screen issues, and adding tickets to machines. Assist slot technicians by maintaining slot machines and helping EVS ensure that chairs are pushed in and machines are clean. Maintain a working knowledge of players club in order to effectively explain to guests Maintain a working knowledge of special events and promotions on property, in order to advise guests. Assist with casino promotions and tournaments, if needed.
