Performs clerical and administrative support for Human Resources, including front desk and phone coverage, data input, file room maintenance, general Human Resources support for employees, application assistance, and new hire processing. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Human Resource duties including servicing employees, assisting with applicants, and answering incoming calls Process new hire and transfers, including applicant tracking system administration, online packet creation, and pre-employment qualification requirements Ensure all files are properly organized, and that all correspondence is filed in the appropriate employee file Create new files as needed and pulls terminated files regularly Assist with employee events and recognition programs Print current and new employee ID badges Communicate and facilitate essential benefits information to employees Assist employees with obtaining or renewing required work cards Assist with additional administrative tasks to suppor...Human Resource, Representative, Hotel, Skills
