Position Summary: Join our vibrant team as the Front of House Supervisor, where you'll oversee the lively operations of our bustling coffee shop and busy grill. We're seeking an enthusiastic leader who can seamlessly manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and bring a unique blend of coffee, mouth-watering grill offerings, and refreshing beers to our patrons.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-shift meetings to inspire and prepare your team for a day filled with brewing coffee, grilling favorites, and serving refreshing beers.
• Deliver top-notch service with a focus on hospitality, ensuring every customer's experience is flavorful and memorable.
• Efficiently manage the team through the dynamic flow of the coffee and grill environment, maintaining cleanliness and speedy service.
• Quickly resolve issues to ensure satisfaction, ensuring every meal and beverage is served with excellence.
• Ensure each shift closes smoothly, with spaces tidy and ready for another successful day of service.
• Communicate valuable feedback to management to elevate service standards continuously.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience:

• 3-5 years of supervisory/management experience in a fast-paced coffee shop or grill environment.
• 1-2 years of expertise with high-level POS systems.
• Ability to acquire and maintain necessary certifications such as Food Handler, TAM, and Work Card.

Physical Demands:

• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing and working on your feet for up to 8-hour shifts.
