About the Role

In the Project Manager position, you will work with a multi-disciplinary team on significant and meaningful projects in the Southern Nevada region. You will supervise engineering designers, manage project schedules and budgets, and prepare contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work. Your role will involve significant client and public-agency interactions, ensuring strong and positive working relationships.

• Design experience on residential and commercial developments
• Prepare plans, technical specifications, bid documents, and cost estimates
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, public agency personnel, and in-house team members
• Support the project team in managing project timelines and budgets

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Current FE license required; PE license is a plus
• 5+ years of related experience, demonstrating engineering abilities in all aspects of private land development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Smartsheet required; FlowMaster, WaterCAD, HEC-1, or HEC-RAS preferred
