This fully remote role involves designing, implementing, and managing identity and access control solutions across the organization to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access to systems and data.The IAM Specialist will collaborate with security, IT, HR, and business teams to support the identity lifecycle, access governance, privileged access management, and integration of IAM with key applications and platforms.Responsibilities include: Identity Lifecycle Management:Manage user identity lifecycle processes (provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, role changes) across on-premises and cloud environments.Ensure RBAC, least privilege, and SoD principles are applied.Integrate HR systems with IAM platforms to automate workflows.Access Governance:Conduct access certifications and entitlement reviews.Monitor and report on access compliance with policies and regulations.Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures.System Integration & Support:Integrate applications and systems (on-prem and SaaS) with IAM solutions using SAML, OAuth, SCIM, LDAP.Provide Tier 2/3 support for IAM issues.Collaborate with application owners and IT teams to define access controls.Privileged Access Management (PAM):Implement and maintain privileged account solutions (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea).Monitor privileged access and set up alerts for suspicious activities.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.3+ years of hands-on IAM experience.Strong understanding of identity management concepts (RBAC, ABAC, SoD, federation).Experience with IAM tools like Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, Ping Identity, ForgeRock.Knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their identity services.Preferred Certifications: CIAM, CISSP, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, Okta Certified Professional/Administrator.Benefits: 100% remote work within the USA.Competitive salary and bonus.Health, dental, vision insurance.PTO and holidays.Additional info: All qualified applicants will receive consideration regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
