Position Overview

DRG is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader eager to grow with a fast-expanding company! A General Manager (GM) is responsible for building and developing a high-performing team through training, clear communication, and recognition. The GM oversees recruiting, training, management, P&L, and overall restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service, quality food, safety, cleanliness, and profitability. The role also involves maintaining communication with leadership and fostering a positive company culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma required
• Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English
• Current Health Card as per local requirements
• Reliable transportation
• Criminal background check including MVR required
• Pass SERV Safe Certification
• Expected 50-hour work week
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
