The client is a nationally recognized plaintiffs firm with decades of experience litigating complex toxic exposure cases, including asbestos and silicosis.

They are seeking an experienced and passionate Toxic Tort Attorney to join their team. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while still being a key player in a collaborative and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent plaintiffs in silicosis and toxic tort cases from intake through trial or settlement
• Conduct depositions, manage discovery, and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Develop legal strategies and manage complex caseloads independently
• Collaborate with experts, co-counsel, and litigation support teams
• Advocate for clients in court, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement conferences

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California (Required)
• 2+ years of plaintiff-side experience in mass tort or toxic tort litigation (Silicosis, Asbestos, Occupational Disease preferred)
