What Should You Know?

• We're looking for a dynamic candidate who is interested in a fast-paced environment that promotes creativity, teamwork, and integrity!
• The Business Credit Coach will be an active member of our Business Credit team, contributing to company culture and driving the goals of the organization
• This position works directly with the Credit Manager focusing on aggressive growth and opportunity

What Responsibilities Will You Have?

• Coach our established clients on building/establishing their business credit.
• Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with our current clients and internal team members.
• Demonstrate an aptitude for business startup consultations relating to business credit to increase customer satisfaction.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact.
• Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clientele while consulting our clientele on the growth of their business.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent phone communications skills
• Ability to read and write in Spanish and English
• Willingness to call clients for several hours a day
• Willingness to learn and comply with established programs, policies and procedures
• Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel
• Willing to be trained on our internal CRM
• High School Diploma or GED

Compensation and Benefits (benefits available after 60 days):

• $18 to $20 dollars an hour + Incentives
• Work hours are 8am 5pm/ M-F
• Vacation and PTO
