We're looking for a competitive and self-motivated Remote Sales Associate to help drive growth and bring in new clients. You'll be responsible for sourcing leads, developing sales strategies, and closing deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Responsibilities

• Close sales using proven outreach methods like LinkedIn outreach, events, email campaigns, and inbound calls (no cold calling)
• Generate leads through research and proactive outreach
• Develop creative, results-driven sales strategies and track their effectiveness
• Understand customer needs and build long-term, productive relationships
• Manage and forecast pipeline activity using HubSpot or similar CRM tools

• Proven experience in sales, preferably B2B
• A track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRMs
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
