Responsible for preparing a variety of food items, cleaning kitchen and other areas and maintaining inventory rotation. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Cook all food according to predetermined menu specifications and guidelines Portioning of all food according to predetermined weight specifications and portion sizes in order to maintain cost controls Operating all necessary food preparation equipment including fryers, broilers, slicers, pizza ovens and grill Proper rotation of all perishable food items and adherence to FIFO standards Responsible for the upkeep of hot and cold foods and refills menu items when the supply runs low Set up and break down cook's station, stirring, watching temperatures, preparing vegetables, etc. Knowledge and familiarity of entire kitchen operation Maintains clean orderly work place Prepare for a rush period, so as to work without getting behind Adhere to Company sanitation standards Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relatio...Food Runner, Prep Cook, Cook, Runner, Food, Restaurant, Hotel
