Position SummaryGardaWorld is looking for a Regional Director of Sales to help our clients secure their assets and staff while maintaining consistent growth in a competitive market. You will coach, mentor, drive, and build internal and external relationships with strategic partners across your regions. Ideally, you are passionate about security and enjoy helping clients find solutions that make their working lives safer, simpler, and more productive. You will provide sales direction and counsel to the regional branch sales team. You will oversee sales team members' training, coaching, and mentoring while achieving sales targets by contributing profitable new sales revenue through team sales production.

The Regional Director of Sales is both leadership and growth-focused - driving business results through strategy and sales team leadership, contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, implementing production, productivity, recruiting, selecting, orienting training, and coaching the sales team.
Job Requirements- Strategic Business Development: Craft innovative pricing and business strategies, including persuasive proposals, RFP responses, and captivating sales presentations.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications- 3+ years of relevant business development experience in a B2B operation with demonstrated proof of exceeding quota.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a B2B setting.
- A hunter spirit with a record of sourcing, developing, and securing partner relationships.
- You must appreciate the mechanics of complex selling, have a process for lead generation, and thrive on prospecting activity.
- Able to collaborate with local management and Regional Vice Presidents to plan, conduct, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Good understanding of sourcing and selection techniques and coaching of a team
- Excel in preparing customized proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations.
- Maintains and expands prospective customer database by working with business development managers to identify new customer opportunities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as solid writing skills
Compensation & BenefitsGardaWorld provides the Regional Director of Sales with an industry-leading compensation plan, including a base salary and a performance-based annual bonus. The base salary for this promotion opportunity is commensurate based on experience and geographic location.
